Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship domestically within USA. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Please note: Customers are responsible for any customs or import duties upon arrival.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Delays & Issues
Shipping times may be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Eré Deluxe is not liable for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered. If your package is missing, please file a claim with the shipping carrier and contact us for support.
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@eredeluxe.com. Once your order has shipped, we are unable to modify the address.
